How do I download my product after purchase? ▾
After completing your purchase on Gumroad, you will receive an email from Gumroad with a download link. Click the link in that email to download your PDF. The link is valid for 30 days and allows multiple downloads. If you cannot find the email, check your spam folder or contact us and we will resend it.
What format are the products delivered in? ▾
All products (The Nugget Mindset, 90-Day Body Reset, and Wealth Foundations) are delivered as PDF files. PDFs can be opened on any device — phone, tablet, or computer. You can also print them if you prefer a physical copy.
Can I get a refund? ▾
Because our products are digital downloads, we are unable to offer refunds once the file has been downloaded. However, if you have a genuine issue — a file that won't open, incorrect content, or a duplicate charge — please contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@nuggetsofgoldandsilver.com and we will make it right.
I lost my download link. Can I get it again? ▾
Yes! Email us at info@nuggetsofgoldandsilver.com with the email address you used to purchase and the product name. We will resend your download link within 24 hours.
How do I use the 30-Day Nugget Mindset book? ▾
Read one day's entry each morning — it takes about 5 minutes. Carry the daily affirmation with you throughout the day by writing it on a sticky note or setting it as your phone wallpaper. Answer the journal prompt before bed, writing by hand in the journal pages at the back of the book. One day at a time — that is the whole system.
I'm a complete beginner. Is the 90-Day Body Reset right for me? ▾
Yes, absolutely. Phase 1 (Weeks 1–4) is specifically designed for beginners and people returning after a long break. All exercises have modified versions for different fitness levels, and the home version requires no equipment at all. Just start with Week 1, Day 1 and follow the program — it will meet you exactly where you are.
Do I need a gym for the 90-Day Body Reset? ▾
No. Every workout has a complete home version that requires no equipment (Phase 1) or minimal equipment (Phase 2 onward — a set of dumbbells and resistance bands). The gym version is provided as an option for those who have access, but you can get a full transformation at home.
How do I connect my domain to Netlify? ▾
Log into your Netlify account and go to your site's Domain Settings. Click "Add custom domain" and enter nuggetsofgoldandsilver.com. Netlify will give you nameserver addresses. Then log into Namecheap, go to your domain's DNS settings, and replace the existing nameservers with the ones Netlify provided. Changes take 24–48 hours to propagate.
